JOB DESCRIPTION :
· Branch Management (50%)
· Oversee all operations including personnel, business activities, and customer service.
· Coordinate with HR for recruitment and training.
· Ensure a professional work environment and manage branch assets.
· Represent the branch in commercial and legal matters.
· Business Channel Management (30%)
· Develop and execute plans for Pharmaceutical and MT channels in the Southern region.
· Implement sales policies and promotional programs.
· Drive sales revenue and expand market reach.
· Handle customer complaints and business issues.
· Department Coordination (10%)
· Analyze market information and make recommendations.
· Collaborate with Marketing and Accounting departments.
· Manage sales revenue, stock levels, and training plans.
· Other Duties (10%)
. Prepare reports, monitor contracts, and participate in company training.
REQUIREMENT :
· Education: Bachelors degree or higher in Economics or Business Administration.
· Knowledge: Familiarity with pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and aesthetic medicine markets.
· Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, fluent in English, and strong communication, problem-solving, and team-building abilities.
· Experience: At least 10 years in business management and team supervision.
· Attitudes: Customer-focused, honest, proactive, and capable of handling pressure.
