Brand Communication Executive

OVERVIEW

As a Brand Communication Executive at Fico-YTL, you will be a part of Marketing Department, work closely with cross-functional teams to enable Fico-YTL products brand to both customers and end users by B2B and B2C marketing via driving awareness, lead generation, and building brand salience.

The job provides you the skills you need to become a successful brand evangelist as well as extensive opportunities for E2E marketing practices with senior leaders in cement industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and implement marketing & corporate communication plan
• Act as a contact point to ensure brand discipline and consistency based on Fico-YTL brand guideline
• Other tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

State the minimum acceptable proficiency for this job:

• Minimum relevant marketing experience
• Spoken & written English proficiency
• Positive attitude ie proactive, delivering results and eager to learn & adapt.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor in Marketing or related majors is preferred.

Preferred qualification:

• Digital marketing experience at agency side with proven success of E2E campaign management
• Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple work streams and coordinated efforts.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work well with others and influence stakeholders.
• Demonstrated analytical success. Demonstrated capacity for developing and understanding strategy and creative problem-solving abilities.
