Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop long-term, medium-term, and short-term Brand Marketing strategies in line with the company's direction.
  • Create periodic action plans for the department in alignment with the company's overall plan.
  • Build/update product documentation for new products.
  • Develop training materials for the Sales team about products.
  • Set strategic direction for each new product before launching.
  • Provide skill and product knowledge support to relevant departments, particularly the sales team.
  • Assist with product concepts in resolving customer complaints.
  • Ensure that all product information is effectively communicated to relevant departments from development to market launch.
  • Analyze sales data and market data.
  • Propose new product/renewal projects that align with market trends, consumer demand, and the company's strategy.
  • Participate in developing content for the design of new or renewed products.
  • Conduct product knowledge training for the sales team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing
  • 3 years of experience in the position of Brand Marketing Manager in the Cosmetics, Homecare, or FMCG sectors.
