This individual will be responsible for developing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive product growth, reporting to Group Marketing Director. They should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency.
Main Responsibilities:
Planning Marketing Strategy
- Implement a strategic integrated marketing communications plan following correlating budget.
- Manage & monitor communication channels to promote existing products and services.
- Develop advertising opportunities on ON and OFF channels.
Content Marketing
- Lead brand's content team.
- Managing digital marketing and social media activity across various platforms, including content and advertising tools.
- Analyze advertisement results comparing to KPI.
Brand Management & Awareness
- Coordinate and manage media/ public interest to generate coverage and maintain awareness of the brand.
- Keep current with marketing trends.
- Plan a monthly/seasonal promotional calendar of activity, generating ideas for new offerings.
- Evaluate and prepare reports showing the results of marketing campaigns (for instance, ROI, effectiveness, feedback, etc.)
- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure all relevant internal departments are kept informed of marketing objectives.
Customer Engagement & Event
- Lead event team.
- Facilitate customer engagement and retention on-site through marketing channels to improve brand loyalty, expand outreach, visibility and value.
- Plan and execute monthly event plan for outlet.
- Support the Operations team in managing guest experience on-site during events.
- Respond to media or customer queries/complaints as well as host special events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales/Marketing/Business Administration or its equivalent.
- At least 3 years of related experience in sales/ marketing/ service/ F&B industry, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven track record as managing brand.
- Has a genuine interest and knowledge of the food and beverage or entertainment industry.
- Strong network of connections is an asset.
- Self-motivated, creative flair, eye for detail and resourceful.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills. Able to think and write strategically and other design software skills.
- Youthful and energetic and people-minded individuals with a can-do attitude.
- Good technical knowledge of available standards, methods, tools and applications.
- The ability for creative ideas & treatments for online content in multichannel campaigns.
- Upper-intermediate level in English.
