Job title(s): Business Analyst (Chat System)
Responsibilities:
- Research and coordinate with departments to design and develop documents describing the company's products;
- Propose improvements to the company's technology products;
- Create and manage document systems (such as system requirement specification, feature list, use case list, use case detail, general business rules, wireframe...);
- Create mock-ups for products, act as a bridge between the development department and the operations department;
- Able to support on testing of applications as a tester;
- Other tasks as assigned by direct manager;
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Economics;
- Have 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar position;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities;
- Have a background in information technology and software development;
- Have knowledge and skills in testing software products;
- Have basic knowledge of data and data query;
- Have a professional BA certificate;
Benefits:
- Salary range: open to negotiate;
- 13th- month salary, annual performance review;
- Fully insurance will be paid in gross salary after probation;
- Provide working devices, parking fee allowance (if any);
Working time: 8:30 AM to 17:30 PM (Monday Friday)
