Design and streamline business processes ranging from simple to semi-complex systems modifications.
Formulate recommendations to enhance business operations and support strategic activities.
Conduct comprehensive requirement gathering sessions through interviews and workshops; analyze and document these requirements, ensuring they are well communicated to all stakeholders.
Develop and oversee complex testing scenarios, ensuring all client needs are met during system development.
Generate detailed business requirement documents and user stories to guide system modifications.
Manage and coordinate the tasks of other business analysts when required.
Analyze system functionalities and data to derive actionable insights, employing strong judgment and decision-making capabilities.
Provide estimates for project-related tasks and assist in managing project timelines.
Support the QA, UAT, and release phases of projects through defect analysis and change management.
Maintain up-to-date process documentation and contribute to the procedural enhancements.
Gain a foundational understanding of the technical development cycles for mobile applications and web portals.
Execute additional tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience in the insurance sector or Insurtech strongly preferred.
Certification in Health Insurance-related domains (e.g., INS/LOMA or III) is a plus.
Proficient in business analysis techniques, including defining requirements, translating business needs into technical solutions, and utilizing an Agile methodology.
Demonstrable skills in facilitation, process documentation, requirements gathering, and user acceptance testing.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and adhere to deadlines.
Experience working in Agile and/or Scrum environments.
Basic understanding of process documentation and systems documentation, including data integration and workflow analysis.
Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Technical writing proficiency; additional language skills in Chinese are advantageous.
