Job Description

Responsibilities:

Receive, clarify, analyze, andconsult on business requirements from stakeholders.
Create business requirement documentation that is customized for different levels and audiences.
Use different types of diagrams, charts, and illustrations to present information.
Create wireframes, mock-ups, and various design sketches.
Follow up, support, and provide accurate and comprehensive information to relevant parties.
Conduct project acceptance testing with relevant parties.
Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure that the product/project operates according to the designed business requirements.
Address other collaboration needs as necessary.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
At least 3 yearsof experience in a BA role and1 year in a leadership position.
Proficiency in reading and understanding English documents, with basic English communication skills.
Proficiency in UML.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts to end-users in understandable terms.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Good knowledge of UI/UX and user habits.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Effective planning and team management skills.
