Participate in surveys, gather customer requirements to propose solutions and recommendations for processes, workflows, interfaces, and features that align with the software project requirements.
Write specification documents according to business requirements.
Transfer information to teams related to the project, such as PM, Dev, QC, and present business requirements to product development departments.
Report work progress and assign tasks to management levels.
Requirements:
Professional qualification: Graduated from university majoring in IT or Information Systems.
At least 3 year of experience in the role of a Business Analyst/Product Owner.
Experience in participating in software projects is an advantage.
Proficient in MS SQL Server.
Skills in synthesis, reporting, logical thinking, and problem-solving.
Preference for candidates with experience in logistics, container, transportation platform, and warehousing.
Basic knowledge of TMS and STX software.
Careful, meticulous, and highly responsible, with good communication and coordination skills.
