We have 2 offices in Hanoi, Vietnam:
- Hanoi Grade-A Office (IT, Marketing, Back Office Department): 36 P. Hoang Cau, Cho Dua, Dong Da, Ha Noi.
- Review and CSR Office: 2nd Floor, HTP Building, 434 Tran Khat Chan, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi.
BENEFITS:
- Starting Salary: starts at 23M - 40M/month (Competitive salary based on ability).

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Discuss with the Product Owner to analyze and understand the project's requirements.
- Join regular meetings at night with the Business Analyst team in America to update task progress and get/clarify project requirements.
- Translate business objectives/needs into documents, and design the flowchart to clarify the process.
- Take user stories written by our customers and use those stories to write requirements used by the development teams to write the code.
- The requirements explain what the software should do and touch on anything necessary, such as non-functional requirements (security, back-end integrations, APIs, etc.).
- Ensure the assigned tasks are performed on time and with high quality.
- Weekly and/or on-demand report to supervisor.
- Follow the project and organization processes, policies, and regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Good English skills. (Basic level of listening and speaking; besides, good at reading and writing)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology and related majors.
- At least 3+ years of experience working as a BA.
- Excellent command of written English skills, able to support team with English documentation.
- Having a basic understanding of the database - MySQL.
- Having analytical skills and a logical mind. Be able to grasp complex software systems and learn quickly.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
- Good design documentation is required. Experience in creating clear, concise documentation.
- Good UML knowledge is a great asset.
- Good communication, presentation and management skills.
- Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
