Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Business Analyst role located in Da Nang or Hanoi at SmartDev. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering business requirements, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. The day-to-day tasks will involve utilizing analytical skills to support technology projects and enhance business processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis capabilities
• Effective Communication skills to interact with stakeholders
• Understanding of Business Process optimization
• Ability to gather and document Business Requirements
• Knowledge of Agile methodology is a plus
• Experience in Fintech or related industries is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
