Qualifications
- Proficient conversational English
- Have 3 years of experience in BA field
- Experience in ecommerce or logistics or healthcare or pharmacy or blockchain is advantage
- Knowledge of software development process, understanding of requirement management process
- Understanding backlog management, epics, user stories
- Experienced in Bidding, Presales in IT Outsource companies is an advantage
- Having ECBA/CCBA/CBAP certificates is an advantage
