Purpose of the position
- Identify calculations with potential for data analysis and advanced analysis applications in banking business units, propose approaches and solve calculations in practice
- Analyze business operations and decision-making processes at each business unit to decompose strategies, tactics, and operational decisions into measurement indicators/dimensions that need to be monitored by decision-making levels to design a reporting system to regularly monitor the performance/operational situation, supporting the decision-making process in a timely, fast, and accurate manner
- Directly build highly complex operational/management reports (Performance Dashboard) (integrating multiple data sources, complex calculation indicators) to support, advise and measure for business users for simple BI reports in the self-service direction.

- Exchange, interview and learn about business processes, decision-making processes at each unit to clarify all information needs at each decision-making level in business/operation activities at the business unit
- Based on the clarified information needs, determine measurement indicators, dimensions to be monitored as well as model these indicators/dimensions systematically and visually (dimensional modeling)
