Responsibilities
Sales performance and sales expense
Marketing budget management (ALT, BTL)
Distribution payment and cash flow management
Supply chain management for ecommerce channel
Special projects
1. Finance strategy
Understand business strategy and challenges of the sales, marketing, and
ecommerce functions.
Actively monitor and review sales performance
Marketing budget on monthly basis
2. Budget controlling
Finalise budget among all relevant parties (sales, trade marketing, marketing
spending, finance, marketing, HR, and other functions) by give deadline.
Provie on time and accurate reports, and analysis for variance, and advise business
from controlling perspectives.
Lead and set up monthly review meeting for offline sales, marketing budget, and
ecommerce sales performance with business partners.
Manage operation expenses: local budget phasing, and evaluation for key projects,
promotion phasing for sales out.
Make analysis and propose the actions or changes bases on monthly reports to all
functional head.
Deploy the changes into system (S/4 Hana SAP, SAC, CIS, CPA, LO tool, SAP
Marketing MAP, workforce and etc) and keep process onwards.
Monitor and validate accrual expense on monthly basis.
3. Customer financial effectiveness
Be a partner with sales on trade term monitor and trade term analysis for all channels
(plan/forecast/estimation/actual), benchmark with GT and MT, and ecommerce
channel.
4. P&L management
Lead internal P&L by business unit, by channels (actual/plan/forecast) as per
deadline
Analyse sales contributions vs CM1% and marketing spending on sales by channels,
by business unit
Analysis expense and promotion program (pre and post evaluation) for all channels
Validate pricing strategy proposal to enhance sustainable profitable in acceptance
level of Vietnam market and internal strategy.
Prepare evaluation of new promotion sales out launch or repromotion sales out
launch.
5. Compliance and system
Fully implemented internal auditing procedures.
Review and set up internal process.
Play a single point of contact for sales, marketing, finance, and other functions,
address for all general operation issues, escalate to controlling.
Validate all purchase order requisitions, invoice ticket, and contracting items to
Ensure all are within sufficient budgets.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting is preferred.
Minimum 2-3 years of finance or accounting experience where minimum 1 year is as
controlling business partner.
Strong analytical skills and solid business problem solving.
Proficient in Excel, SAP/Business and other related systems.
Collaborative attitude with the ability to work across functions, and under short given
deadline.
Strong willingness to learn and adapt the business changes.
Proficient in both English and Vietnamese.
