1. Job Description
- Conduct market research and analyze company products to understand the needs of target customers, supporting the team in developing specific business strategies and plans for different stages.
- Directly handle customer development activities. Manage and train the sales team to advise and introduce CarNow products to potential customers.
- Expand and maintain relationships with the company's partners and clients (such as brokerage teams, car dealerships, banks, etc.).
- Develop and execute product introduction campaigns and enhance customer product experiences.
- Create reports on customer experiences and identify issues customers encounter with the product.
2. Requirement
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive consulting or technology-related automotive products.
- Existing relationships with car dealerships and automotive businesses.
- Strong communication skills with excellent sales and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to develop and maintain close relationships with clients and provide effective customer care.
- Proficiency in analyzing, identifying, and addressing customer issues.
- Strong report-building skills.
- Proficiency in English is an advantage.
3. Benefits
- Competitive salary: 15,000,000 - 20,000,000 VND/month.
- 2-month probation period.
