Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to capture new business opportunities.
  • Identify and target key market segments to expand the company's client base.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales and marketing campaigns.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brands, and agencies.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Implement data-driven decision-making processes to optimize sales strategies

Requirements:

  • At least +3 years of experience in similar positions as Sales Manager, Sales Director. The ideal candidate must have experience in Sales B2B, SAASwith wide networks of partners and clients including Marketing Agencies, PR, Brands would be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication & Leadership skills.
  • Procurement experience on large-value contracts.
  • Experience in training, managing, and mentoring members of the staff
  • Experience in successfully operating within multi-stakeholder environments
  • Commitment, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic
  • Energetic & self-motivated.
