About the Role

In this dynamic role, you'll be instrumental in shaping the future of Birdeye by forging strategic partnerships and empowering businesses with our powerful data solutions.

Your Responsibilities

1. Drive Enterprise Sales and Client Success:

  • Identify and Pursue High-Value Clients: Conduct thorough market research to pinpoint potential enterprise clients with a high propensity for value generation.
  • Craft Proposals: Develop persuasive and informative proposals that effectively showcase the power of Birdeye's data solutions and their ability to address specific client challenges.
  • Close Deals: Negotiate and finalize contracts with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with Birdeye's business objectives.
  • Deliver After-Sales Support: Provide ongoing assistance and guidance to clients, ensuring they maximize the value of Birdeye's solutions and achieve their desired outcomes.
  • Gather and Analyze Client Feedback: Actively solicit feedback from clients regarding their experiences with Birdeye's products and services. Analyze this feedback to identify areas for improvement and communicate insights to the Product team.

2. Elevate Birdeye's Industry Profile: Represent Birdeye at conferences and events, fostering brand awareness and thought leadership. Stay ahead of the curve by tracking market trends and competitor activity.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the broader team BD manager, Product team, and Engineers to execute the business strategy. Ensure our products perfectly align with client needs, driving innovation and mutual success.

4. Research and Evaluate Crypto Data Markets: Conduct in-depth research to identify and evaluate emerging opportunities in the crypto data market. Assess the potential for Birdeye to expand its product offerings and services into this domain.

5. Analyze Market Trends and Landscape: Conduct comprehensive market research to understand the current landscape of data solutions, competitor offerings, and customer needs.

6. Evaluate Birdeye's Competitive Positioning: Analyze Birdeye's current product portfolio and competitive positioning within the data solutions market. Identify areas for improvement and opportunities for differentiation.

We're Looking For Someone With:

  • Excellent English skills.
  • A team player mindset - who wants to be part of a larger group to build fantastic products for millions of users.
  • At least 2 years of experience in business development in tech company or a related field, experience in the crypto industry is a plus.
  • Proven track record of closing deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of blockchain technologies, the cryptocurrency market, exchanges, wallets, and crypto natives is a plus.
