We are a dynamic, new tech start-up founded by entrepreneurs who possess extensive experience in the tech and recruiting fields. With our global expertise, we are proud to introduce a new product that will disrupt the IT-Recruitment industry in the APAC region and transform the way recruitment is done. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are willing to grow with us from the ground up.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Become familiar with recruitment consulting service or job board services that our business offers.
  • Gain new clients through various channels
  • Participate in networking events to meet and learn from potential clients
  • Foster deep connections with current clients in order to keep them active
  • Propose enhancements or new offerings that might be appealing to clients.
  • Create contracts and business proposals to entice clients and increase income.
  • Negotiate the best possible rates with clients.
  • Work closely with AM team to increase productivity
  • Go over the input from clients and make the required adjustments.
  • Keep abreast of consumption trends to make sure our products stay current.
  • Report sales activity and outcomes to management on a regular basis.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Extensive background in sales. At least 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the HR/Recruitment service industry.
  • Experience in recruitment companies like Getlinks, Anidays, Glints, etc. would be a big advantage.
  • Perceptive and intuitive, especially when it comes to human behavior.
  • A professional but friendly demeanor.
  • Tidy and well-groomed look.
  • Excellent communication both in writing and speaking
  • Encouraged by difficulties
  • Start-up attitude
