Job Description

This role is about crushing your quota by engaging a dynamic audience of potential clients. You'll be out there making magic happen, transforming complete strangers into enthusiastic connections. We're not about pushy sales tactics here. Instead, you'll master the art of building genuine relationships the kind that naturally leads to conversions.

  • Rock the Stage: You'll be presenting your animation solutions to a wide range of potential buyers, so get ready to captivate them with your charisma.
  • Friendship First, Sales Second: Forget pushy pitches. You'll build trust and rapport, forging valuable connections that naturally lead to sales.
  • No Cold Shoulder Here: Even if someone doesn't respond initially, your persistence and positive approach can turn a stranger into a future client.

1/ Your Daily Responsibilities:

  • Participate in R&D to create new animation-based offerings tailored to target markets.
  • Build and expand partner networks to penetrate new markets.
  • Analyze client needs and develop service proposals. Encourage clients to purchase added services and maintain meaningful relationships
  • Negotiate and close deals with new clients.
  • Maintain and grow long-term relationships with existing clients, promoting upselling of additional services.
  • Be the voice of our clients to address their insights to ensure product quality.
  • Provide market and client data to the marketing team to build effective marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on required activities, analyzing client reports and market research.
  • Provide regular feedback to other teams on market trends, client feedback, and business development activities.
  • Perform other tasks as required by the Account Manager or General Manager.

2/ How to overcome the challenges:

  • 1+ years of experience working as a Business Development Executive or Account Executive or similar roles is a plus.
  • Having a Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business management, or relevant at a foreign institution is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written in English since you will be working with international clients.
  • Willing-to-learn attitude.
  • Strong communication skills, has interests in communications and negotiations.
  • Sale-oriented and good organizational skills.
  • Flexible in work. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a member of a team.
  • Being open-minded, result-driven, and self-motivated.
