Role Overview:

You will be at the forefront of our partnership growth strategy, responsible for forming strategic partnerships with commercial and residential buildings. This role is highly sales-driven, requiring a proactive and results-oriented approach to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential commercial and residential buildings for partnership opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including building owners, property managers, and real estate developers.
• Present our service solutions to potential partners, highlighting the benefits and value proposition.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and terms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate the implementation and execution of new partnerships
• Track and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in real estate or property management (priority).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade others.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, with a proactive and self-motivated mindset.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Knowledge of the real estate or storage market and industry trends is a plus.
