Job description

  • Plan to introduce the company's delivery services to new consumers and gain KPIs for building new client groups, as well as providing customer support to existing customers.
  • Conduct a market survey, look for customers, prepare quotes and contracts, and submit them to the BDM for approval of the negotiations results.
  • Customer care after sales service, area in charge.

Job requirements

  • Graduated college and university, preferably majoring in Economics, Logistics, Export and Import,...
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Sales, Telesales, Consulting positions
  • Have sales abilities, service consulting, good communication skills,...
  • Skills in persuasion, negotiation, business planning and a clear understanding of sales targets.
  • Ability to grasp the market and learn quickly

Policy

  • Income: 10 - 20 million ++ (Base salary + KPIs bonus) + Commission (New customers + Old customers
  • Quarterly and annual bonuses, full 13th month salary
  • Participate in professional training programs in the field of logistics and Sales skills
  • Work with good managers and leaders with extensive experience in the industry
  • Dynamic, youthful, proactive working environment
  • There are numerous chances for training and promotion to Sales Team Leader positions (evaluation from 6 months - 1 year)
  • Participate in social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance
