KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- In charge of Consumer Durables Segment in respective area.
- Acquire more Consumer Durables dealership together with sales networks accordingly to company goal
- Develop Consumer Durables business with Home Appliance Producers
- Tighten relationships with sales networks/ dealers by periodical visits.
- Collect all information of competitors new promotions, bonus scheme of segmented dealers and make appropriate proposal to deal with timely.
- Propose marketing/promotion campaigns for segmented dealers.
- Propose sales activities, changes in segmented dealers to improve performance on monthly basis.
- Frequently visit segmented shops to get feedbacks from shop managers about Home Credit services.
- Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales performances in segmented dealers and propose action plans to hit targets.
- Brand Home Credit image in segmented shops by checking POSM and propose action plans to improve for those are not met requirements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Experienced in sales management position in retailer or FMCG company. Used to work for retailers/ electronic distributoris preferable.
- Experienced in planning, setting targets, negotiating and solving objectives
- Experienced in monitoring performances.
- Fluently speak English.
- Can work under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: excellent communication and capable in working with other colleagues. Possessing a teamwork mindset. Ability to solve complex challenges, independently analyze information.
