A, GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

Our team collaborates with renowned local and international clients, including LG, CJ, Orion, Mirae, NH Securities, and more. As a Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in identifying growth opportunities, expanding client relationships, and driving revenue through innovative business strategies.
B, MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Revenue Growth & Partnerships- Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities with brands, advertisers, and agencies.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for branded content, sponsorships, and content solutions.
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships to ensure long-term business success.
2. Client Management- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring smooth execution and future collaboration.
- Understand client needs and work with internal teams to develop tailored solutions.
3. Strategy & Market Development- Identify new market opportunities, assess risks, and optimize business strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling sales materials and proposals.
4. Execution & Internal Collaboration- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Provide ongoing support to clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
C, REQUIREMENT:
- Over 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably in digital marketing, media, or e-commerce.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of influencer marketing, content commerce, brand activation, and digital trends.
- Negotiation & Sales Skills: Proven track record in securing high-value deals and building long-term partnerships.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify business opportunities and craft innovative growth strategies.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Strong team leadership skills with experience in cross-functional project management.
- Analytical & Data-Driven: Ability to leverage market insights, sales performance data, and industry trends to make informed decisions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Vietnamese.
