Positions we are hiring:
Position: Business Development
Location: Hanoi
Job responsibilities:
1.Develop and implement business development strategies to identify and seek new investment opportunities, develop solar business, especially for C&I projects;
2.Identify leads, develop leads and manage relationships to ensure successful customer acquisition;
3.Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape;
4.Coordinate with related departments including finance, legal, technical and construction to ensure the screening of customers in accordance with the company's criteria;
5.Convert opportunities into Project Management Contracts to ensure projects are developed within assigned budgets and deadlines;
6.Participating in negotiations with customers, coordinating with relevant functional departments, promoting successful project implementation;
7.Prepare and present reports, market analysis and other documents to support and advise the Board of Directors in making decisions on business orientations and strategies;
8.Attend conferences, seminars and other industry events to update market trends and expand connections with customers/partners;
9.Representing the Company's image through relevant events to introduce the company and its solutions to suitable audiences;
Job requirements:.
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Marketing, etc;
2. At least 3 years of sales experience in related industries, such as new energy, air energy, and solar energy;
3. Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, team player;
4. Strong sense of responsibility and initiative, and perform well under high pressure;
5. Comfortable for frequent business trips, with a positive and enthusiastic work attitude.
Working proficient English skill required.
