Identify and pursue new business opportunities across all service lines, including air freight, sea freight, projects, customs brokerage, NVOCC, ship agency, and husbandry.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends and potential customers.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely collections.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
Customer Relationship Management
Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
Resolve customer inquiries and address service delivery issues promptly.
Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service.
Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations
Create quotations according to guidelines and promptly follow up with potential customers.
Team Leadership
Lead and develop a high-performing team, setting targets and motivating them to achieve sales goals.
Collaborate with internal and overseas teams to pass on sales leads.
Liaise with GAC offices and Group Marketing-Energy teams for seamless operations.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Logistics/Shipping, Business Administration, Marketing, International Business or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Logistics/Shipping Business Development.
