The ideal candidate will lead the business activities in Vietnam. Responsible will include but not limited to -
- The implementation of Ivoclar's group marketing policy for clinical, technical and digital in the dedicated area
- Steering local product specialists and trainers according to the corporate guidelines
- Introduction, education and presentation of new products to dealer force, private dentists and technicians. Set up courses with our partner Academy and workshops for target groups
- Building close relationships to Opinion Leaders, Trainers, Universities, Social Institutes and technician schools of the interest of Ivoclar Vivadent AG
- Introducing new material, establishing young OL, establishing records of marketing relative research in cooperation with the Professional Service
- Achieving set targets and cost awareness within the budget for business development
- Leadership of the subordinate employees according to corporate guidelines (if applicable)
Responsibilities
- Coordination of marketing and customer support activities as well as planning of supportive trips and drafting of reports
- Support of the headquarter by its implementation of dual distribution within the corporate guidelines (i.e. with regard to client identification and product promotion)
- Increasing product awareness by co-travelling with dealer representatives
- Efficiency and cost-awareness of all activities
- Implementation and coordination of marketing programs, product information in cooperation with dealer product specialists and supervisor
- Observation of market demands, competition, distribution methods and activities
- Supporting und building up relationships to universities and Opinion Leaders in cooperation with Professional Service
- Planning and accomplishment of marketing support activities
- Coordination and implementation of product training for external personnel and customers with the Professional Service
- Participation and coordination at major trade fairs and events
- Planning lectures and courses within our Academy strategy locally and abroad
- Evaluation of market potentials
- Working closely with the corporate functions, Global Business Units, Global Key Account Management, Marketing and Training & Education Team
- Implementation and expand of CRM system and monthly reports according to the daily visits
- Handling of statistical and administrative data bases
- Market research and analysis support duties in order to enhance the sales management at the headquarter in its strategic decisions
- Complaint processing and statistical accountability support function
- Responsibility for the compliance with and the implementation and fulfillment of the regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Education qualification in Dental, MBA will be an advantage.
- 6-8 years prior sales and business development experience in dental/healthcare/pharma industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Focused and goal-oriented individual with good organizational skills, resilience and flexible.
