Job Description

Launch JDI represents one of the six business units within JDI, acting as a vital link between Vietnamese and Singaporean companies. Through business matching activities, market setup assistance, and community building, Launch JDI facilitates meaningful connections and collaborations between businesses in these regions.

Responsibilities

Build a long-term relationship and form a high-level strategic partnership with qualified partners

Formulate and execute sales strategies and plans to grow business in the country through various means

Work cross-functionally with different teams to ensure successful delivery and launch of relevant products

Monitor, update competitor and industry analysis to adjust business development plans.

Apply knowledge of company's value proposition, customer and industry insight to increase company's revenue and market share

Reach out to customer leads through various sales strategies - cold calling, events, referrals, networking and so on

Work on and suggest the right pricing for various customer segments.

Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends for our products target segments

Work on marketing activities to help grow the business as well visibility for the organization.

Qualifications

Executioner, Go-getter, Start-up mind-set

Bachelor degree or above, proficient in English and Vietnamese communication; proficient in business negotiation and presentation

At least 5 years working in related role, with 2-3 years experience as Supervisor/Lead

Dealmaker and strategic thinker with an ability to execute in an evolving, ambiguous, and fast-paced environment

Outstanding problem solver: creative, solution-oriented, adaptable

Experience in selling B2B SaaS software products, eCommerce and Logistics is a big plus

Related experience in Information Technology / Software Outsourcing firms (bonus).
