I. Job Responsibility:
As the Life Insurance Business Development Manager at MarsConnect, you will play a critical role in driving the company's growth and expansion. Your primary focus will be on building and managing a high-performing team of Financial Advisors who can effectively reach and serve customers.
II. Required Skills and Experience:
Must-have:
Age below 35
Proven track record in business development or sales within the life insurance industry
Strong knowledge of insurance products, services, and industry dynamics
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in the insurance industry
Onboard along with a team of 15 Financial Advisors (Commission-based Salary Scheme)
Nice to have:
Fluent in English (or Chinese, if applicable) is nice to have
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
(preferred)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Analytical skills to interpret market data and identify opportunities
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools

- Develop the market, identify and reach out to potential customers
- Evaluate and identify new business opportunities to drive growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, distribution channels, and customers
IV. Benefits:
Base Salary: 18,000,000 VND (GROSS)
Monthly Commission + Quarterly Bonus: According to the company scheme
