Job Description

Duties:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, brokers, agents, and other stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing guidance, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Regularly meet with clients to review their insurance needs, policy coverage, and claims history.
  • Provide proactive solutions to client issues, ensuring that all concerns are addressed in a timely and effective manner.

Sales & Upselling:

  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or coverage options to existing clients (e.g., bundling, increased limits, additional coverages).
  • Work with the sales and marketing teams to propose new insurance solutions based on evolving client needs.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to support growth initiatives, including client referrals and market expansion.

Client Retention:

  • Implement retention strategies to maintain a high level of customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Monitor client satisfaction levels through feedback surveys, regular check-ins, and performance evaluations.
  • Address client complaints or disputes promptly and professionally, working to resolve issues and maintain a positive relationship.

Market & Product Knowledge:

  • Stay up to date on trends, changes, and regulatory updates within the non-life insurance industry.
  • Keep clients informed about new insurance products, policy changes, or regulatory developments that may impact their coverage.
  • Continuously enhance your knowledge of insurance offerings and product features to provide superior service to clients.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Insurance, Finance, or a related field.
  • Industry certifications such as ACII, CIP, or other professional insurance qualifications are a plus.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or relationship management within the non-life insurance industry.
  • Proven experience in managing client portfolios, handling renewals, and administering policies.
  • Experience working with corporate clients, SMEs, and individual clients in a non-life insurance context is preferred.
