Duties:
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, brokers, agents, and other stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing guidance, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Regularly meet with clients to review their insurance needs, policy coverage, and claims history.
- Provide proactive solutions to client issues, ensuring that all concerns are addressed in a timely and effective manner.
Sales & Upselling:
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or coverage options to existing clients (e.g., bundling, increased limits, additional coverages).
- Work with the sales and marketing teams to propose new insurance solutions based on evolving client needs.
- Collaborate with the business development team to support growth initiatives, including client referrals and market expansion.
Client Retention:
- Implement retention strategies to maintain a high level of customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Monitor client satisfaction levels through feedback surveys, regular check-ins, and performance evaluations.
- Address client complaints or disputes promptly and professionally, working to resolve issues and maintain a positive relationship.
Market & Product Knowledge:
- Stay up to date on trends, changes, and regulatory updates within the non-life insurance industry.
- Keep clients informed about new insurance products, policy changes, or regulatory developments that may impact their coverage.
- Continuously enhance your knowledge of insurance offerings and product features to provide superior service to clients.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Insurance, Finance, or a related field.
- Industry certifications such as ACII, CIP, or other professional insurance qualifications are a plus.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or relationship management within the non-life insurance industry.
- Proven experience in managing client portfolios, handling renewals, and administering policies.
- Experience working with corporate clients, SMEs, and individual clients in a non-life insurance context is preferred.
