Rising Stars Edutech (RSET) is a leading education services provider based in HCMC, Vietnam, specializing in online language classes for students across the country. Leveraging cutting-edge technology, including cloud-based solutions, RSET ensures seamless access to lessons and learning materials for all students. With a focus on small class sizes, RSET fosters personalized learning experiences, encouraging strong relationships between students and teachers.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Rising Stars Edutech. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ho Chi Minh City. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new market opportunities, and establishing key partnerships to expand RSET's reach and impact. In this role, you will work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement strategies that enhance our market position and attract new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities: research and identify potential clients, market trends, and new business avenues to drive company growth.
  2. Client relationship management: Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and potential clients in the education sector.
  3. Promote RSET's services: effectively communicate RSET's value proposition to potential clients, demonstrating how our online language courses can meet their needs.
  4. Sales & Marketing strategy: develop and execute strategies to increase market penetration, boost customer acquisition, and promote the company's services.
  5. Partnership development: establish and grow partnerships with schools, educational institutions, and corporate clients.
  6. Market expansion: support efforts to expand RSET's footprint, both geographically and through new product offerings.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams: work closely with marketing, sales, and educational teams to ensure alignment of business development efforts and company objectives.
  8. Performance metrics: track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate success and adjust strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

*Experience: proven experience in business development/B2B sales, preferably in the education or language learning industry.

*Skills:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in B2B lead generation and B2B sales operations. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying and converting business opportunities.

*Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
