Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Business Development Partner (Sales B2B) at Base.vn. As a Business Development Partner, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities. You will need to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. This is an on-site role located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management in the software industry
- Strong understanding of enterprise software and technology solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
What You Will Be Doing
- Proactively search for potential customers from different data sources (Cold data, personal network data, data from event channels, data from partner channels,...)
- Reach out to potential customers and introduce our B2B SaaS product
- Research problems, conduct research by calling, emailing or face-to-face to verify needs, and propose solutions to potential customers.
- Present / Demo / Showcase / POC to convince and demonstrate the solution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process
- Perform sales activities such as negotiation, contract agreements, and handling administrative work related to contracts.
- Coordinate with the Customer Success Department to help customers use the solution successfully.
Objectives and key indicators:
- Monthly revenue target
- Number of new opening sales opportunities by week
- Lead-to-Customer Conversion Rate.
