Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development/ Sales Executive (Hunt sales) to join our company to take on responsibilities as follows:

  • Being responsible for driving and maximizing revenues on assigned customers.
  • Identifying new sales opportunities within existing accounts (including upselling and cross-selling).
  • Acting as the point of contact, maintaining good relationships with the customers, understanding customers demands, and preparing plans to meet the customers demands.
  • Developing account development strategy and planning.
  • Managing and solving conflicts with clients.
  • Interacting and coordinating with the sales team and the delivery team of the accounts.
  • Coordinating with sales and presales team to provide proposals for new opportunities.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor or higher degree in Business or Computer Science. Having knowledge of the IT business is a plus.
  • At least 4 years of experience as a Business Development or Sales Executive, including 2 years in the software development outsourcing industry
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to convert leads into customers
  • Having experience in US market
  • Having experience in Project Manager is a plus
  • Good problem-solving skill, negotiation skills, and presentation skills
  • Being enthusiastic, dedicated, and customer oriented as a trusted advisor to customers.
  • Commercially minded, with strong analytical/numerical skills.
