Job Description:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the company's customer base and increase sales.
- Establish and maintain B2B relationships with the company's current and potential partners to generate opportunities and deals.
- Analyze the market, identify new business opportunities, and propose appropriate development plans.
- Identify and hunt potential enterprises, SMEs, tech startups through networking, partnerships, events, and other channels.
- Develop sales pipeline, negotiate, solution proposals and sign contracts with clients and partners.
- Monitor and report business results, and evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and business activities to improve and hit the targets.
- Coordinate with related departments to ensure end-to-end service quality and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in tech solution sales, and business development, preferably in B2B SaaS, fintech, banking, financial services, and fast-paced tech startups.
- Exceptional skills in outbound hunting, communication, negotiation, and close deals.
- Having consulting and direct sales experience in SaaS solutions and familiarity with/ has a targeted customer network is preferable.
- Motivated by ambition, enjoys engaging with new opportunities, and thrives on overcoming challenges and discovering personal strengths and limits.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
