Duties:
Vietnam Market
- Prepare introductory forms, slides of Company's products and services; building up the standard presentation for the introduction of Company's products and services.
- Prepare presentation to introduce the Companys products and services to potential customers, especially international customers.
- Attend related seminars and conferences (as a role of Speaker if required) to extend business network.
- Coordinate with Marketing team to find project information; participate in meetings with clients to promote project works.
- Develop business ecosystem via various sources such as social apps, conferences, news, exhibition, trade.
- Coordinate with members of Business Division and other Units of Company to prepare offers, bids, proposals, interest of letter for domestic and international partners.
- Coordinate with Bidding & Contract management team to support contract negotiation and contract signing.
- Coordinate with Marketing team to manage customer lists, make plans for customer care, update project information, organize events to promote our brand name in both domestic and international markets.
- Collect, analyze, evaluate feedback from customers then propose the plan to improve the quality of marketing strategies.
- Research, analyze of market development trends, analyze of customer demand, analyze the company's products and services for building up promotional strategies of brand name and Company's products and services.
- Prepare Weekly and Monthly update of the business opportunities.
- Perform customer care and reception plans assigned by the department leaders.
- Perform other related works as assigned by the department leaders.
Oversea Market
- Search, report to Heads of Representative Office and process all information of tenders, all projects from government websites and are announced in the newspaper.
- Collect the update of the power sector news and opportunities in Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia and another Asian Courtiers via various sources like websites, social media & newspapers, relative Forum and Association and report to Heads of Oversea business office.
- Expend the company network by meeting with potential customers, partners, government authority, embassy.
- Perform analysis and research reports on oversea markets; research customers, partners, competitors in domestic and oversea markets; study the legal system of countries tax, corporate law, investment law.
- Coordinate with the Bidding management team and other Units in Company to prepare bids and proposals for the project in oversea markets.
- Deliver the company capability to the focus customers and authority.
- Develop a strong customer network with all stakeholders for the company interest.
- Support the Representative Office to set up the local partner network.
- Develop a strong and reliable pipeline of business opportunities.
- Prepare a List key target opportunities in line with business strategy.
- Coordinate with Representative Office to manage customer lists, make plans for customer care, update project information, organize events to promote our brand name in both international markets
- Prepare Weekly and Monthly update of the business opportunities.
- Perform customer care and reception plans assigned by Heads of Oversea business office.
- Receiving other related work as assigned by direct supervisor and Heads of Representative Office.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales within the power, electrical equipment manufacturing,
mechanical processing and equipment manufacturing or relevant industries
- Fluent in English
- Willing to go business trip abroad
