Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth market research, including product analysis, pricing trends, innovation, consumer needs, and competitor intelligence.
- Aggregate and analyze business data and market research data from the BI department (based on current Food projects).
- Develop market size projection models and forecast trends.
Market Research Project Management:
- Coordinate with relevant departments to plan and execute market research projects.
- Manage relationships with external agencies throughout the project lifecycle, including RFPs, research design, execution, and reporting.
- Conduct and report on internal surveys as needed.
- Manage project budgets and timelines.
- Prioritize research types: brand health measurement, product quality research (sensory & product tests, CLT), focus group discussions, new product development (NPD), etc.
In-store Execution and Promotion Evaluation:
- Evaluate the implementation of sales and promotion activities in the field.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to plan, monitor, and update monthly sales programs.
- Aggregate data, analyze, and report results.
Internal Product Testing and Evaluation:
- Plan product evaluation, select evaluation methods, recruit and engage internal sensory experts, analyze data, and report findings.
Master Data and BI:
- Standardize Food product data (collaborate with Sales, Finance, ERP).
- Build and manage product hierarchy in Master Data.
- Develop and maintain Food sales dashboards (Power BI).
Team Development:
- Build and develop the capabilities of the team in market research and data analysis.
Recruitment requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
- 3+ years in market research, preferably with experience in a market research firm or BI department.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant markets.
- Proven ability to lead and develop strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and experience presenting to senior management.
- Strong skills in training, project management, and data analysis.
