The Business Intelligence Manager is crucial within the D&T department at HEINEKEN International, spearheading the APAC Data & Analytics Hub. It is central to operationalizing our strategy of establishing standardized and scalable data foundations across the region and enterprise. The role in as part of the APAC Data & Analytics Hub is critical in Heineken to operationalise our strategy of standardised and scalable data foundations across the region and enterprise. The role holder will lead the reporting, data analytics and insights efforts for Heineken's APAC region. You will work with various stakeholders across the region to identify business needs, gather data, and use data analytics and reporting to provide insights and recommendations to drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder engagement & management (Regional/Opco business functions including sales, finance, marketing, supply chain and shared services/Opcos/Global) for requirement gathering & finalization, dashboard design, status updates, business signoffs, etc.
Be responsible for project and task prioritisation and capacity planning.
Gather and analyse data to provide insights and recommendations to various key stakeholders across the organisation.
Use different analytics techniques such as descriptive reports, diagnostic dashboards, machine learning and predictive modelling to provide deeper insights and recommendations to solve critical business problems.
Develop and maintain data models and schemas that support efficient querying and analysis of various data sources.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
Develop insightful business analyses, that provide measurable value, business process improvements and solve challenging business problems.
Use design-thinking processes to develop analytics assets for business consumption.
Work with various internal teams, including data management, to ensure data quality and accuracy by conducting data validation, cleansing, and enrichment processes.
Develop and maintain documentation on data structures and data flows to support the analytics team and stakeholders in their work.
Need to stay up to date with the latest technologies and trends in data analytics and share knowledge with the team.
Participate in strategic planning and decision-making related to data analytics and data management in the hub.
Design experiments and pioneer methodologies to measure the value of analytics projects that you deploy.
Develop and validate the appropriate metrics to measure success for a given problem.
Cultivate strong partnerships with cross-functional partners from engineering, data science, analytics product manager chapters.
Cultivate strong partnerships with cross-functional partners from Global Analytics, Analytics Hubs, and various Operating Companies within Heineken regionally and globally.
Present outcomes of analysis to all levels of the company.

Job Requirements:
Education & Experience:
MSc/PhD in a quantitative related field; equivalent work experience accepted.
8+ years in a BI or Analytics role and 3+ years of management experience
Exposure with Microsoft BI Stack (SQL Server DB, SSIS, SSAS)
Exposure with Relational Database Management Systems (Eg: SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle DB).
Exposure with Data Transformation, Cleansing and Ingestion using the tools like SQL Server Integration Services, Azure Data Factory.
Experience with Data Models (Star Schema and Snowflake Schema).
Experience with Tabular and Multi-Dimensional Data Models.
Exposure with the Data Visualization and Reporting tools like Power BI/Tableau/Spotfire.
Exposure with Microsoft Cloud services like Azure Synapse/Azure SQL DB/Azure Data Factory/Azure Analysis Services.
