Job Purpose:
- Work alongside Sr. Business Manager when developing strategies and plans for the growth of the Company.
- Collaborate with the Global team to maintain a good relationship with existing Retailers and brands and explore new business opportunities.
- Build Value Added to the Companys brands and images to Customers.
- Manage Sales team members with Sr. Business Manager to achieve the company targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity.
- In charge of expanding and developing business for the assigned vertical.
- In charge of key accounts management. Coordinate with internal companies and Global teams to take good care of the accounts and optimize the business opportunities with them.
- Keep close relationships and ensure the best services to Retailers/Mega vendors to maintain and strengthen the company business.
- Understand and actively take part in the execution of the companys strategies.
- Coordinate with other HODs to solve the companys issues/problems if any.
- Take part in the Global development of new products to meet market demands if any.
- Coordinate with the Global team for project development.
- Conduct training for team members.
- Responsible for managing sales activities and the performance of the sales team.
- Handle the reports and follow other jobs assigned by Sr. Business Manager and GM
Qualifications:
- B.A preferred, University degree in a Packaging field.
- At least 5 years of Sales Leadership
- IT knowledge: MS Office, BI report, Databases, etc
Skills:
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Master the skills of planning and organizing.
- Good communication in English, and excellent presentation skills.
- Good understanding of data analysis technique.
