Business Partnership Manager
Location: Hanoi, TP. Ho Chi Minh
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Business Partnership Manager to join our logistics company in Vietnam. The Business Partnership Manager will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with businesses to drive growth and enhance our service offerings; targeting retails and distribution partners including: fashion, electronic, F&B, MT and big FMCG companies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with company objectives;
- Identify potential partners across various industries with complementary offerings to create mutually beneficial revenue growth opportunities;
- Lead negotiations and execute clear, concise partnership agreements that ensure mutually beneficial outcomes and foster long-term collaboration;
- Manage existing partner relationships, promoting open communication and collaboration to maximize value creation;
- Develop and implement a performance measurement framework to track partnership effectiveness and optimize the overall strategy for growth;
- To ensure seamless integration with other departments involved in partner initiatives, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams like Growth, Sales and Product. Through effective communication and collaboration, you will guarantee that partnerships are strategically integrated into our overall business strategy;
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.
What success looks like:
- In the near-term, key objectives include crafting a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with company goals, identifying and nurturing potential partners with complementary offerings;
- In the long term, your success hinges on driving measurable growth (revenue) through strategic partnerships. This requires continuous optimization of the partnership strategy and portfolio management. Developing your team and fostering collaboration for seamless partnership integration are key;
- Ultimately, consistent delivery of significant value through strategic partnerships defines your long-term success.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience. Deep understanding of market trends and partner needs.
- Proven ability to build strong networks and forge strategic partnerships in retails and distribution industry including: fashion, electronic, F&B, MT and big FMCG companies;
- Possess strong strategic account management and consultative sales skills. You have a proven track record of growing existing relationships across various sectors and thrive in collaborating with cross-functional global teams across geographies and business lines;
- Have an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. You can lead effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment, developing new standards and managing multiple priorities;
- Additionally, experience and success in leading complex, strategic negotiations and delivering on agreements is a plus;
- Foster seamless collaboration across teams and partners with excellent interpersonal skills and fluency in English;
- Proven leadership experience allows you to motivate and empower your team, fostering a culture of continuous learning while adapting your leadership style to achieve optimal results.
