How will you make a difference
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements, write them into clear and well-structured requirements documents.
- Identify automation opportunities, analyze process issues and bottlenecks to recommend improvements.
- Translate the requirements and solutions into functional specifications and solution designs.
- Assist to draft technical documents for system implementation.
- Assist with project management.
- Involve in system implementation tasks like coding and testing.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and successful project delivery.
- Proactively suggest improvements to optimize software performance and enhance user experience.
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field.
- Three or more years of experience in a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or similar role with track record of successful application systems delivery.
- Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Solid experience in writing SQL queries.
- Knowledge in programming language and frameworks such as C#, Python, JavaScript, CSS3 will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge in project management and software development methodologies.
- Capable to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
