Assure timely and accurate C&B (Compensation & Benefit) administration, including timesheet, allowances, payroll, bonus processing, social insurance handling, personal income tax (PIT) handling
Follow & update monthly Insurance report: increase, decrease headcount, salary and position changing.
Complete monthly PIT declaration for employees
Complete the employee's profile for grand personal tax code, deduction for family circumstance, PIT registration
Be responsible for maintaining smooth and compliant administration operation
Manage and coordinate office operations, administrative tasks, such as internal reporting for invoicing purposes, interaction with other offices and/or third-party consultants (auditors, lawyers, administrations)
Provide a range of administrative and support services to meet the business needs of the team/unit
Coordinate and manage records and databases, complying with administrative systems, processes and policies, to ensure that all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible

Qualifications
Bachelor Degree and above
Good understanding of Compensation & benefit activities and policies, Labor law, PIT, SHUI Law
3+ years of experience in C&B / administration field
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
Computer literacy, proficient in MS Office
Be careful, enthusiastic, self-learning, proactive
Organization and the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks
Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees and stakeholders
Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly
