Your Responsibilities
- Teach Cambridge programs according to the assigned schedule.
- Take attendance, assess student progress, and report lessons through the app after each class.
- Supervise exams, grade papers, and complete post-exam reports.
- Ensure student safety during class hours.
- Follow the center's curriculum, lesson plans, and teaching protocols.
- Monitor student progress and report classroom updates to the management after each session.
- Collaborate with the academic department when needed.
- Participate in regular meetings, professional development sessions, and events as required by management.
- Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English or English teaching.
- At least 6 months of experience in a similar position is preferred.
- Strong teaching skills with a clear and confident speaking voice.
- Knowledge of the Cambridge curriculum and teaching pathway.
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
- Good classroom management abilities.
- Willingness to work evening shifts, weekends, and flexible hours.
- Professional, courteous, and cooperative attitude.
