As a Campaign Manager, you will lead our sales activities, connecting brands with creators through a well-planned campaign calendar to achieve our GMV/Revenue targets. In the role, you will be pivotal in planning, executing, and optimizing sales campaigns to maximize both campaign and baseline sales performance, leveraging analytics to drive decision-making and performance improvements.
Campaign Manager leads the team of Campaign Management, reports to the Head of Melive. It is a mid-level managerial position.
2. Key Responsibilities
In this critical role, you'll leverage your expertise to:
- Sales Planning and Performance Management: Develop and implement sales strategies for both campaign and baseline activities, ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends.
- Campaign Execution: Coordinate cross-functional teams to plan and execute sales campaigns that meet or exceed targets. This includes defining campaign objectives, brand vs. creator planning, managing budgets, campaign preparation, and execution.
- Paid Ads Management: Oversee the performance of paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize spend and ROI.
- Performance Analytics: Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, generate insights, and produce detailed reports for stakeholders. Use data-driven insights to refine and improve campaign strategies continuously.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Creator Management team, Commercial team, and Operations team to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving sales targets. Facilitate smooth collaboration between all parties involved in sales campaigns.
- Target Achievement: Take charge of meeting and exceeding GMV/Revenue targets through effective campaign management and strategic initiatives.
- Special projects and New Products development: to be assigned by the Head of Melive.
3. Qualifications
We're seeking a highly motivated individual with:
- 7+ years working experience with 4+ years of experience in sales performance and/or campaign management, ideally within the ecommerce and/or social commerce space.
- Proven experience in campaign management, sales, or a related field within the e-commerce or social commerce industry.
- Strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to interpret data and insights to improve sales performance.
- Excellent project/campaign management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Good understanding of digital marketing strategies, including paid advertising and performance optimization.
- Proactive problem-solving approach, anticipating potential challenges and devising effective solutions.
- Innovative and adaptive, with a keen eye for emerging trends in social commerce and digital marketing.
- A strong plus if you are used to or have been managing a monthly turn-over target of 10 billions VND or above.
