Job Description
We're seeking a results-driven Marketing Specialist to launch and drive awareness for our B2B SaaS products. This role will create, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns focused on top-of-funnel growth and lead generation.
The ideal candidate is skilled in campaign strategy & digital marketing and passionate about crafting compelling brand narratives in the B2B SaaS space.
As part of the product marketing team, this role will work closely with product, go-to-market, and content teams to align marketing work with the overall business objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Create and execute multi-channel campaigns to build brand awareness, drive demand, and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Lead Generation: Develop, manage, and optimize lead generation efforts across digital channels (e.g., email, social, SEO, PPC, content syndication) to achieve qualified lead targets. Leverage marketing analytics to monitor performance and measure KPIs.
- Sales Enablement: Enhance lead handoff processes and ensure timely follow-up. Assist in developing sales training & other materials to improve lead-to-opportunity conversion.
- Growth Marketing: Identify and experiment with new channels, messages, and techniques to increase engagement and conversions based on data and insights.
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of marketing experience in tech industry
- Experience with digital marketing channels, including social, email, SEO, and PPC
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A portfolio of previous marketing work or a writing sample is required
