Job Description:
We are seeking Candidate Sourcing Expert with job objective including:
- Plan & execute sourcing activities for level & BU assigned to meet the organization's requirements.
- To implement recruitment programs to select the qualified candidates as per allocation by monthly recruitment plan..Be responsible for configuration, implementation support, maintenance and support of one or more applications leveraged by HR Division; and works with project team to resolve problems and improve user effectiveness
Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders (HRBP, Hiring Manager,) to understand the job requirements prior to search & develop the candidate source.
- Understand the market to take lead candidate source to have fruitful mapping list for vacancies; initiate ideas to keep the list updated;
- Research & propose new channels/ vendors to support sourcing activities;
- Be main contact to work with sourcing vendors for searching firms,
- Be responsible for Internal Reports, able to provide clarification & explanation on reports relating to candidate sourcing
- Be the focal point to perform proposals/process/required procedure relating to candidate source
- Undertake other tasks as assigned by Line Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.
- 5 years of experience in recruitment/sourcing
- Strong business acumen; result - oriented;
- Good interpersonal & advisory skills to maintain positive partnership with stakeholders (internal & external);
- Be critical thinking, creative & team player;
- Good time management skill & be well- organized;
- Fluent in English communication skill.
