Job Description
- Located at KunShan Or Vietnam facility;
- Able to work under pressure and achieve high levels of performance;
- Support Design Engineer requirements for Quotation, Sample, Drawing, Alternative requirements at NPI stage.
- Proposal alternatives to RD to reduce the supply risks.
- Defining the new part Commodity Code, HT codeItem Master info;
- Supplier Awarding per SCD meeting.
- Set up Purchasing info record and Source list in system.
- Compare the material costs, labor costs and overhead cost of all competing suppliers as listed on their cost-breakdown sheet for Fabric parts.
- Compare cost Matrix and marketing price to reach the conclusion that a price is fair and reasonable
- Develop and maintain supplier management programs to support the supply chain develop objection.
- Provide sample and documents for part First Article Inspection
- Training new suppliers understand the company's Quality, Delivery, Finance requirements
- Interface with cross-function teams to assess current and future sourcing requirements
- Tooling Cost Review and Awarding & follow up tooling management process
- Support Finance Yearly Tooling stock take
- Other Jobs assigned by the managers
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure and achieve high levels of performance.
- Experience in SAP system.
- Good at excel, PPT and outlookoffice software
