Position Overview
You will play a pivotal role in driving organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent management. You will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic HR plans that support the company's growth objectives and enhance organizational performance.
Talent Acquisition & Retention: Oversee the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring decisions. Develop and maintain effective employee retention strategies to minimize turnover and promote a positive work environment.
Performance Management: Implement and refine performance appraisal systems to ensure fair and transparent evaluation of employee performance. Partner with line managers to provide constructive feedback and coaching opportunities for employee development.
Employee Relations & Engagement: Foster a culture of open communication, address employee concerns promptly, and manage conflict resolution to maintain positive employee relations. Drive initiatives to increase employee engagement and satisfaction.
Compensation & Benefits: Design and administer compensation plans that are competitive and aligned with industry standards. Oversee the benefits program, ensuring it meets the needs of a diverse workforce while remaining cost-effective.
HR Compliance: Ensure all HR policies, practices, and procedures comply with national and local employment laws, regulations, and industry best practices. Monitor changes in legislation and update policies accordingly.
Talent Development: Develop and implement training and development programs that support the career growth of employees and align with organizational goals.
HR Analytics & Reporting: Utilize HR data to drive insights and inform decision-making. Prepare regular reports on HR metrics such as turnover, engagement, and training effectiveness.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with advanced degrees preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
Proven track record in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Proficient in HRIS systems and data analysis tools.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and lead change initiatives.
