Position overview: Our client, a multi-sector group, is embarking on an ambitious expansion strategy focused on acquiring and developing a network of healthcare clinics. With an initial acquisition of a multi-specialty clinic in Ho Chi Minh city, the goal is to scale the clinic's operations and expand further to a system in Vietnam. We are looking for a visionary and capable CEO for the Healthcare System to drive this growth, optimize operations, and apply cutting-edge technology to modernize the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Network Expansion:
- Lead the overall development and operations of the healthcare system, starting with the current multi-specialty clinic.
- Create and implement strategies to expand the clinic network through organic growth and acquisitions.
- Develop a comprehensive growth roadmap for improving clinical services and expanding the geographical footprint.
Operational Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of current and future clinics, ensuring efficient and patient-centric operations.
- Ensure that the acquired clinics are smoothly integrated into the system, maintaining high standards of service delivery.
- Build and nurture relationships with external stakeholders including healthcare regulators, industry experts, and technology partners.
Technology & Innovation:
- Spearhead the application of modern medical technology to enhance operational efficiency and patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with expert advisors in technology to identify innovative solutions that can be applied across the healthcare system.
Business Development:
- Identify and evaluate potential clinic acquisition opportunities, conducting due diligence to ensure strategic fit.
- Develop and implement business models that are scalable and sustainable within the healthcare sector.
- Collaborate closely with the CFO and expert advisors to ensure financial health and strategic alignment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CEO, COO, or senior executive in a healthcare system or business in Vietnam, with a strong emphasis on operational management.
- Excellent communication in Vietnamese, good spoken and written English.
- Demonstrated ability to scale businesses, preferably within healthcare or related industries.
- Strong understanding of medical and healthcare technology, with the ability to integrate digital solutions into traditional healthcare systems.
- Track record of successfully leading acquisitions and expansion strategies within a multi-site business.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive change.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment with a commitment to patient care and business innovation.
