ROLE PURPOSE
The Channel Sales Manager is accountable for revenue generation in the territory by overseeing and working with our distribution partners throughout all aspects of the sales process. In addition to ownership of the regional distribution sales targets, this individual is responsible for new products and ongoing training of the distributors, sales forecasting, and ongoing evaluation of our sales channel efficiency. The individual works very closely with the various internal stakeholders to leverage and develop key distributor and customer relationships.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for partner channel management.
- Establish and develop productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts and end-users.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and Glory's goals set on a quarterly basis within the assigned territory.
- Achieve profitable sales through partner organizations to end-users in coordination with partners sales resources.
- Develop and drive Glory's adoption strategic plans, programs, and associated activities among assigned partners.
- Ensure partner compliance with partner agreements and with overall corporate compliance requirements.
- Relationship architecture to influence and predict needs and growth.
- Proactive and reactive support for potential risks and issues within the partner organisation and their projects

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Degree required.
- Any formal qualifications in management, sales, and marketing
- Minimum 8 years in relevant commercial experience
- Minimum 8 years of Channel management experience
- Knowledge of sales and marketing process
- Strong business acumen and results-oriented
