We are from diverse backgrounds including finance, technology and operations. Our members have worked at Bloomberg LP, Atlassian, SSI Asset Management, Macquarie Group, and Microsoft.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Operations: Efficiently manage and update all financial documents using our accounting software.

Compliance & Reporting: Prepare and submit all required forms and reports in line with tax regulations and accounting standards.

Strategic Reporting: Deliver timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to state authorities and company leadership.

Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with the chief accountant and team members to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial documents

Cost Management: Analyze and classify costs to determine production costs, cost of goods sold, and revenue, providing insights into business performance.

Management Reporting: Assist in preparing management reports and other accounting-related tasks as needed.

Specialized Role at Our Fund Management Company:

Fund Management: Oversee investment funds in securities, ensuring compliance with the Securities Law and operational regulations.

Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed financial and accounting reports on company activities.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure timely submission of reports to the State Securities Commission via the electronic portal.

What We're Looking For:

Educational Background: A university degree in accounting.

Experience: At least 5 years of experience in accounting, with a preference for candidates from fund and securities management companies.

Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
