Chief Accountant (Vinh Phuc)

Persolkelly's client, a foreign-invested company operating in the manufacturing sector, is seeking potential candidates for the position of Chief Accountant. Below are the detailed information about the role:

Location: Vinh Phuc (Shuttle bus from Hanoi)

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Preparing annual Budgets and MRBP.

2. MIS Reports to management on monthly basis together with complete analysis.

3. Quick MIS report.

4. Arrangement of funds as per company needs.

5. Working capital management in best interest of company.

6. Budgetary control (Budget Vs Actual).

7. Ensuring timely preparation of annual balance sheet.

8. Ensuring all monthly tax reports filling timely and with accuracy.

9. Tax planning.

10. Tax assessments / appeals.

11. Board of directors and shareholder meeting.

12. Dealing with Statutory and tax auditor.

13. Costing of products.

14. Ensuring all control systems are adhered to.

15. Accounting standard applied and complied.

16. Suggest cost reduction measures in the organization.

17. Generate awareness about environmental related issues among employee in the department.

Authorities :

1.Approving and Issuing all Financial Reports

2. Bank limit utilizations as per needs

3. Suggesting Tax planning tools

4. Suggesting Statutory/ Internal Auditor (new or change) 5. Dealing with Bankers (existing/new)

Key Result Area (Basis of Performance Assessment) :

1. All expenses under Budget, Profit achievement.

2. Timely submission of MIS Dockets with analysis.

3. Cost reductions achieved.

4. Tax Planning measures suggested / implemented.

5. Statutory compliances.

6. Annual Balance Sheet completion timely.

7. Timely filing of monthly and Annual Tax returns

8. Experience of SAP
