Main Responsibility
- Justifying the validity and completeness of claim file
- Giving out appropriate requirement for information, documents and investigation
- Making sound claim assessment and accurate claim decision
- Providing excellent service to customers, agency force and others
- Handling customer's complaint
- Monitoring pending claims and ensuring service TAT
- Training and coaching claim assessors
- Taking charge of other tasks/projects as and when assigned by Claims Manager
Qualification and Experience Requirement
- University degree, medical back-ground is preferred
- 3-year experience in claim assessment or clinical experience
- Strong analytical and judgmental skills
- Interpersonal and supervisory skills
- Good at communication, negociation and presentation
- High level of integrity and initiatives
- Highly committed and self-motivated
- Well organized and be able to work under tight deadline and pressure
- Be familiar with computer software and usage
- Proficient in English and Vietnamese
